Learning By Doing:
Scrum is easy to understand, but hard to do. A Scrum Master is a leader that serves first. Skills needed to take your Scrum Development to High-Performance cannot be learned in a dry lecture-based environment. This course is based on techniques from Accelerated Learning and in particular principles and concepts from Training from The Back of the Room. Participants experience Scrum concepts and principles through case studies, games, simulations, group discussions, and role-playing exercises. That means – Hands-on, interactive, and fun!

You will learn practices to effectively navigate real-world complexity and use your deeper understanding to help others appreciate the philosophy behind Agile and Scrum. Our participants are confident in their learning and have real conversations with their team, managers, and executives. You will gain actionable knowledge and skills that will distinguish you in the workplace.
Participant Achievement
With successful course completion, you will be eligible to become a Certified ScrumMaster® by passing the online test on the Scrum Alliance website.
Duration
16 hours of instructor led learning activities
Typically, 2 days at 8 hours per day or 3 days at 6 hours per day
Course is delivered as a virtual classroom via Zoom
PMP and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certifications
Participants may claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be applied to Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications.
Scrum Alliance CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) credit
This course also allows participants to claim 14 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) towards the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) designation.
