AI tools can do more than save time. Used thoughtfully, they can support drafting, planning, summarization, and communication in ways you control. In this hands-on course, you will test those possibilities against the real demands of workplace accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment.
You will practice writing useful prompts for emails, documents, meetings, and information organization, then adapt what you learn to your own energy management and access needs.

No prior AI experience is required. Course materials are screen reader compatible, captioned, and provided in advance. Breaks are built in, cameras are optional, and participation formats are flexible.
